Finally

What's Jack up to? Jack is working my last nerve. The Dear Dog is is in so much trouble. Twice he has peed (sorry to be so blunt) in a spot that he hasn't for ages. What's with that? Is Jack as nervous about today as I am? I know he'd better get it together because I'm not happy with wet socks.

Well today is the day folks. Finally. Let's all get out there and be heard. No matter your political lean it's your responsibility to vote or shut up. I know I don't plan to shut up any time soon so I'm headed out early. What about you?

My sincere hope for us all is a better future than our past.

best,
Kwana

Just got back from the polls! They were slammed when they opened at 6:30, but by the time I sorted out which building I was supposed to be in, around 7:45, the line wasn't bad at all. TONS of people in my district voted early!

I'm just back. I got up early and voted with the DH. I couldn't stop grinning! There was no long lines in my little town but I spoke too early for NYC. Long lines today. But it speaks well for Barack in NY. I'm happy and optimistic today.

I voted and posted today to inspire everyone to get out and vote! Take a look at my illustration. I never have been good at drawing men but I think I did a good job. Tell me what you think?

I voted!!! Forty minutes in line at 7:30 a.m. No we wait. I'm nervous. I'm excited. I want to throw up. I want to cry. I want to scream. I want to cheer. I want to go vote again and again. I want to stop reading news stories, but I can't. My stomach hurts. My right eye is twitching. I can't sit still. And it's not even 11 a.m.

I voted this morning as well. I had really no lines. I guess it's a perk to living in a 1 sq mile town. So I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Ah fingers crossed that tonight goes well.

I voted! An hour and a half in line--I took a book, but was too excited to read it. :) I think it's going to be a long, nervous day, but I am going to a watch party tonight where (hopefully) there will be alcohol. And celebrating! It's a new day!
