Manic Monday

What's Jack up to? Jack is really going stir crazy with all the rain. You get a glimpse of sun then in a flash it gone replaced by torrents or rain that seem like they'll never stop. Sadly, the forecast in not so hot for the next few days. Sorry, Jack I'm over it too.

Yep, It's another Manic Monday. Man, they come around so fast. We're in the last week of school here in NY. The last bit of finals for the Dear Twins, then I hope for a bit of the wildness to die down. We'll see. Does it ever really? Nope. In the meantime I'm cracking that whip and lacing up my skates.

What's on tap for your week?

Best,
Kwana

The theme yesterday at church was "Storm" and somehow I think it was planned. Reminded me of my "theme" designing days. I am so ready for a new forecast, but faith must be front and center to weather any kinda storm or collection of what comes.
enjoy the first day of the week-

I think I am going to try a different outlook. Instead of feeling like a wet duck, I am going to enjoy the wonderful smell of rain, and the lushness it has brought to my garden. And the leaves on the trees are ever so green.
I am going to use this time to leisurely read my book for the bookclub mtg. coming up soon.
Enjoy your week!

We're in the midst of a sweltering heat wave here (100+ degree weather) so I'm trying to stay cool:) Will be driving to my hometown tomorrow for a book signing. Very exciting!

Monday came around fast this week, and I'm still trying to catch up. We've got sweltering heat, and sunshine alternating with crazy midwest storms...hail, tornadoes, sheets of pouring rain. Barring a flight delay in Denver, my son will be home tomorrow from college and I'm thrilled! All four of us together for the next three weeks!

Have a wonderful Monday, Kwana!

We too have been having a lot of rain and some major thunderstorms tossed in last Friday. I thought of all the dogs that are afraid of storms because our Kelly girl was one until she lost most of her hearing. I actually don't mind the rain, just the thunder that I'm not a fan of.

Sending you warm wishes for a sunny day for you and Jack to play. xoxo

My pups are going crazy as well today. We had a bit of sunshine until the early afternoon and now it's started to get gray again!

Father's day yesterday was exhausting so I'm totally not my normal self today. Exhausted, but slowing getting work done.
