Feeling Spry-Not

Owwwie! Well The back pain is back and now I'm feeling and moving like I'm a hundred and fifty years old. Ugh. I can barely think straight so in honor of feeling old I'll leave you with a couple of songs that always make me feel happy and young. I hope you are having a good day.

Best,
Kwana

P.S. Anybody watch the Not So Real Housewives? Simon and Alex doing a parenting book? Too funny!

You picked two of my favorite bar hits! I hope your back is feeling better soon, I had my first experience with back pain about a year ago and it was ser.i.ous. I'd rather go to the dentist.

Oh so sorry the pain is back. Prayers for you today, and a song in my heart thanks to you!

Thanks so much everyone. David I just knew we'd have the same taste in music! The DH set me up with food and coffee. Yep, there was a roll in there folks. I was in pain! I'll be getting it checked out. Thanks for the concern. The lower back pain is like labor with no epi. Yikes. Poor Jack doesn't know what to do with me and keeps looking like he wants to help.

Sorry Kwana your back is still giving you trouble. I hope the doctor will be able to give you something to at least ease the pain.

Oh that Jack he is a good dog when he sees his love ones hurting he wants to help.

Sending you gentle hugs....

GREAT songs!! I love them both!!

I'm so sorry that your back is hurting- and I hope you feel better soon!!

I watched about half of the NY Housewives episode before falling asleep. Very very funny that Simon and Alex are writing a book about parenting.

Did you see that there is going to be a NJ Housewives show?

Feel better, friend. And let your neighbor PLEASE know if you need anything...I mean it.

Hmm...what inspired the 80s? ;-)

I had a horrible back problem about a year ago. And a chiropractor fixed it. She was an osteopath, too... The stuff she did wasn't what I expected from a chiropractor... Very gentle manipulation, pressure in certain places, and also acupuncture. Really helped. Saved my life.

Thanks for the well wishes.

N, I'm sure you had a hand in the 80's inspiration. Funny i heard Come on Eileen at Sue's the other day too.

Maureen I'll think about the Chiro.

Kaityn I heard about NJ. Should be fun!

Oh I love that show! I like Ramona and Bethenny the best. However, Bethenny made a comment on the Tyra show that made me a bit wary of her when she described the ATL Housewives as a mix between Cribs and something...I don't remember what she the other component was, but it wasn't very nice.

Can you believe Alex & Simon are going to write a children's book!! HILARIOUS!!! Simon is just so weird to me.

After doing transcription for a neurosurgeon, I feel sympathy for your aching back. It is amazing how what can be excruciating will (hopefully) heal itself. I love your choice of music for feeling better~!

Just discovered your blog and enjoying myself. Thanks~!
