I hope your holiday weekend is going well. I meant to do this post a while back, so sorry. But if you like your classics dark, moody with too many characters to count, all sorts or intrigue and some nice period costumes (like me) then check out Dickens' Little Dorrit on PBS.
Sorry again about my lateness, but the series has already started. Check your local listings for times, but you can catch the first 2 showings on line right now here. I'm enjoying poor Little Dorrit's sad plight and her father, Mr. Dorrit steals every scene. Give it a look see if you have the time.
Best,
Kwana

Kwana, what are you watching good thats on tv girlie?
Hi Tamstyles, I'm still watching The Not So real Housewives, 24, I like The Office, Dancing with the Stars, Survivor and The Amazing Race. I'm probably missing something. Oh I like Dollhouse on Fox. I caught up on that online. It's cool. I watch too much TV. It's crazy but it fuels my imagination. On and I like The new #1 Ladies Detective Agency on HBO with Jill Scott. Very Good.
Yes, love The #1 Detective Agency.
And also Dancing with the Stars.
Will check out the Dickens movie
this Sunday.
girl..sick and tired okay..this is the pits, but i am better than i was. i was off today and will be on mnday to so i need to be well..the weather here is crazy..monday hot..tuesday cold and windy, wed rain..thur rain then hot..friday hot again...
I've been watching "Littel Dorrit," too! Totally engrossing, though kinda painfully prescient about the economic situation (the more things change...) At least there is DWTS on Monday for an antidote. :)
Kwana. have awonderful Easter Weekend. I will watch the series!
I am so out of the TV loop...did you say Jill Scott is in a series? Jilly from hilly? No way! See, I'm not on top of things at all...
Happy Easter!
Amamda yes, thank goodness for DWTS.

I've been watching little dorrit myself -i had never heard of it but really am enjoying it! My dad showed me an earlier made for tv movie version of it from the early 80s (i believe) when i was home for Easter -SOOO not as good - cheesey in fact.
