So, it's official. I can't look at any montage containing our president without sobbing. Good to know.

It's just beautiful.

I still go to bed every night feeling like an eight year old weight has been lifted from my shoulders. And I thank God for this man. I feel like an adult is finally in charge.

I think poor Bam is wordless too without that teleprompter.

love this. love them! this is shallow - but aren't they the most gorgeous couple in the world???? i wish you had added the picture of the passover sedar - that was my favorite!!! hehe - of course.

confession: I have had two, not one, but two, really realistic dreams where Barack is in love with me, I know, I'm an egomaniac, I swear to you this is true!!!! TWOOOOOO of them!!! he is madly in love with me (why wouldn't he be?) omg I am crackin myself up right now. and Kwana, these dreams are sooo real. I wake up and just laugh. and kind of feel good too, because you know - who wanted want him in love them???????? hehe

ok that was really immature. everyone left these wonderful comments and mine was all about how the man is in love with me!!! I wish.

ok, start over.

Kwana - great post. Made me want to cry a little. I'm just so proud to be an American right now.

Thanks for all the wonderful comments today. It fills my heart.

And Cote de Texas no worries we're all a little (lot) in love with him. You just were brave enough to voice it. You and my DD. She makes no bones about it!

I'm smitten with Him, Michelle, the whole lot of em!

Me too - they're a delightful family..!

Barack has a great sense of humour too - in response to the "jerk" that France calls its' president's (Sarko) pathetic insult, suggesting that Obama was not competent enough to comment on world issues, he joked a couple of days ago with JL Borloo (French minister of the environment) that he was busy catching up on his homework so he'd be as good as N Sarkozy (who we all know to be totally incompetent..!!!!)...
I envy you Americans for having such a fine leader..^_^
